Asian cuisine in Kotor is a small but growing part of the dining scene, with a mix of modern fusion kitchens, sushi spots and a handful of pan-Asian rice and noodle places. The most distinctive entries are Nikkei restaurants combining Japanese and Peruvian influences, an idea that has reached Kotor through the wider Adriatic culinary trend rather than from local tradition. These sit alongside more conventional sushi counters and a couple of Thai and Vietnamese-leaning kitchens.
