The flight descends toward the bay over a period of 10 to 20 minutes depending on conditions, with the inner bay and the surrounding mountain peaks visible throughout. Flights are weather dependent and operators will reschedule if conditions are unsuitable on the day.

Tandem paragliding runs from spring through to autumn, with the best thermal conditions in late morning and early afternoon. All safety equipment is provided and pilots hold current licences.
