The constant pressure and stable temperature at that depth produce aging characteristics different from a conventional land-based cellar.

The wine list covers four varieties made in-house: Tamjanika, a white with citrus notes; Rosé with green apple and delicate fruit; Zilavka, a crisp white with peach character; and Runjevac, a robust red with a smooth velvety finish. Seafood accompanies the wine selection at the floating bar.
