The main viewing locations include the fortress stairway, the hillside road above the town, the Vrmac ridge trail and the lookout points along the serpentine road to Lovcen. Each vantage point provides a different perspective on the town, the inner bay and the surrounding mountains.

The views extend across the water to Perast, Prcanj and the outer bay entrance. The most accessible viewpoint is the San Giovanni fortress, reached by climbing approximately 1,350 stone steps from inside the Old Town walls. The climb takes around forty-five minutes to one hour.

A ticket may be required during the main tourist season. The Lovcen road lookout is accessible by car and provides a wider panorama of the full bay. The Vrmac ridge trail offers a hiking-level viewpoint above both sides of the inner bay.
