Do I need to book in advance or can I just turn up?
Walk-in hire is accepted subject to availability, but advance booking is strongly recommended during July and August when demand is high. Booking ahead also guarantees your preferred bike type and size, particularly for groups or families needing child seats.
What is included in the hire price?
Every rental includes a helmet, lock, and printed route map covering the main cycling routes around the bay. Staff are on hand to advise on routes before departure. A refundable security deposit is required on collection and returned on the bike's return in good condition.
How long does it take to cycle around the bay?
The flat coastal road south to Tivat covers around 12 kilometres and takes most riders between 45 minutes and an hour at a relaxed pace. The full 40km circular bay route — continuing through Dobrota, Perast and returning via the Lepetane ferry crossing — typically takes four to six hours including stops, and is best suited to a full-day hire.
