Котор Стены и укрепления

The 4.5km defensive circuit around Kotor Old Town, climbing the limestone face to Saint John's Fortress at 280 metres. The walls were built and reinforced from the 9th century through the Venetian period, and remain largely intact. The clock tower, Kampana tower and Gurdic bastion are individual elements visitors encounter on the climb.
