Kotor Spa & Wellness Studios
Spas and wellness studios in Kotor and the bay
Spa and wellness venues fall into three groups across the bay: hotel spas inside the larger Kotor, Dobrota and Tivat hotels; standalone massage and beauty studios in the inner-bay districts; and the Igalo-style mineral-water wellness sessions available through clinics in Tivat and a couple of bay-side hotels.
Treatments commonly offered include Swedish, deep-tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy and Thai massage, plus body scrubs, wraps and signature treatments using local salt and herbs. Hotel spas usually sell day-passes that include sauna, steam room and pool access from EUR 15 to EUR 35 depending on the venue and season.
Booking is by phone, WhatsApp or hotel reception; the larger hotel spas accept online bookings. Spoken English is reliable in hotel venues and the central Kotor studios; payment by card is standard. Most hotel spas open year-round; standalone studios run reduced winter hours from November to March.
