The building features a stone facade with carved details including window frames, balcony elements and entrance stonework that follow the conventions of residential palace construction in the Adriatic towns. The palace stands within the network of narrow pedestrian streets that make up the walled Old Town. The block is visible from the surrounding streets and can be observed while walking through the Old Town.
