Speedboat tours depart from the bay waterfront and follow routes across Boka Bay to the Blue Cave, Our Lady of the Rocks and Perast Old Town, with a swimming stop included. Road excursions use private vehicles and cover mountain destinations such as Lovcen National Park, the village of Njegusi and the former royal capital of Cetinje. Combined packages are available for guests wanting to experience both sea and inland routes in a single day.

All tours depart from the Kotor area, with speedboat trips launching from the waterfront near the Old Town marina. Road tours pick up from accommodation in Kotor and nearby villages including Stoliv, Muo and Prcanj. Group sizes are kept small, with a maximum of six to eight passengers per boat or vehicle. English-speaking guides accompany all tours and provide commentary on the history and geography of each stop along the route.
