Each apartment includes air conditioning, free WiFi, a kitchen with a stovetop, fridge and cookware, and a private bathroom. Certain units include a terrace or balcony facing the water. The block is in a residential area along the Prcanj waterfront.

Local restaurants and a small grocery store are within walking distance in the Prcanj area. Property suits couples and small groups wanting a self-catering bay-side stay in a quieter village setting. The waterfront road connects Prcanj to Kotor Old Town within a short drive. The waterfront position provides direct bay views and a relaxed atmosphere away from the busier tourist areas.
