Every unit has air conditioning, free WiFi, a kitchen with a stovetop, fridge and cookware, and a private bathroom. Certain units include a balcony or terrace facing the bay. The elevated position gives panoramic views that extend across the inner bay toward Perast and the opposite shore.

The setting is residential and quiet. The accommodation is above the main bay road, a short drive from Kotor Old Town. Dedicated parking is available on-site. Check-in is coordinated by the host with instructions sent ahead of arrival.

Linen and towels are provided. Restaurants and a grocery store are accessible by a short drive down to the bay road. Apartments suit couples and small groups wanting a self-catering stay with elevated bay views in a quieter hillside setting. The panoramic outlook is a distinguishing feature compared to the waterfront apartments in the lower bay area.
