Founder and director Alenka Vidović set up the office under the registered trading name Društvo za Turizam i Usluge Amfora Risan d.o.o., which still carries the agency's local-government licence for putnička activity.

The scope covers Bay of Kotor day excursions, transfers between Risan and Tivat or Dubrovnik airports, and ticketing or accommodation reservations for Boka-bound clients. The Risan office is the agency's only counter, with sales taken at the waterfront walk-in or by phone for residents and seasonal visitors across the inner bay.
