The working boat is the Barracuda, a twelve-seat speedboat used for charters on the inner bay, with set routes covering the Blue Cave, Kotor, Perast, Mamula Island and runs out toward Tivat and Herceg Novi.

Charters run as private hires rather than mixed group joins, with a minimum group size of five passengers for the standard product. Onboard amenities include complimentary refreshments and Wi-Fi on selected routes. Charters do not run in rain or rough conditions, and the agency's parallel road arm handles pickups from Tivat and Dubrovnik airports to coastal towns around Boka.
