Independent stallholders bring in seasonal fruit and vegetables, mountain cheeses, smoked meats, honey, dried herbs, eggs and homemade rakija from the inland villages. Prices vary stall to stall and there is room to negotiate; the market trades cash. Stalls trim down through the afternoon and the market shuts by mid-afternoon every day.
