The practice runs as a family operation. Dr Zvonimir Reichel is the founding orthodontics specialist, a 1986 graduate of the Belgrade Faculty of Dental Medicine with twenty years in public health before opening the practice. Dr Tijana Reichel is the dermatovenerologist, a 2006 graduate of Belgrade Medical Faculty with a 2012 dermatology specialisation, who joined in 2015 after spells at Dom zdravlja Kotor and the Kotor general hospital.

The dental side covers general dentistry, orthodontics and digital intraoral imaging. The dermatology side covers skin examinations across all ages, sexually-transmitted-infection diagnostics, mesotherapy, dermoscopy, allergy testing, mycological diagnostics, Wood-lamp examinations, radiofrequency lesion removal and UVB phototherapy. Each discipline has its own direct number alongside the main clinic line.
