The beach is accessible on foot or by car from the main bay road that connects Kotor to the surrounding coastal settlements. Entry to the bathing area is free. Changing facilities and toilet access may be limited, so visitors often arrive prepared. The informal character means there is no lifeguard service, and swimmers use the area at their own discretion.

The bathing spot is busiest during summer, particularly on weekends. Its position along the bay road makes it a convenient stop for those travelling between Kotor and neighbouring villages.
